Having a hexagon with different side and height dimensions depending on the implant platform. This design is a result of the indications of the implants, therefore, the wide platform implants will have a larger hexagon than the universal platform implants, as they are indicated for solving prostheses in areas of the mouth with greater biomechanical requirements.

Tiny® implants will be the choice for lower incisors, upper lateral incisors and agenesic teeth. In addition, those with a larger diameter are indicated for premolars, when the prosthetic space is complicated.

Indications:

Diameter Description
ø 2,5 mm They are mainly used for immediate loading, as support for provisional prostheses during the osseointegration period of the other implants and also as an additional support in situations where, under normal conditions, we would resort to extensions or cantilevers, or those where it would not be possible to insert implants 3mm. in diameter. For an adequate diagnosis, it is important to consider that they must be part of a group of 3 splinted implants for a free end, and at least part of 4 splinted implants in the case of a total provisional restoration.
ø 3 y 3,3 mm They are wider, and therefore can be placed as single units in the position of lower incisors, upper lateral incisors or first premolars.
ø 3,5 mm They are especially useful to be used in implants post-extraction and to increase primary stability with the same indications as the 3.3mm. ones placed in Type III and IV bones and with the same drilling procedure. Ideal in immediate load in lower incisors and upper lateral incisors.
ø 3,75 mm Indicated for post-extraction in incisors, canine teeth and premolars, as they allow an adequate sealing of the alveolus. The reduction of the platform will avoid vertical bone loss and from a gingival perspective, the emergence profile reduction enhances the soft tissue modeling, minimising the possibility of recession.

Indications:

Diameter Description
ø 3,3 mm It is an optional implant in cases of narrow crest bones, extending the offer of the Tiny® family.
ø 3,75 mm It is the most used implant in type I, II and III bones.
ø 4,0 mm It is the Universal platform implant used the most in type IV bones.

An increase in the implant diameter always provides better stress distribution on the bone, it increases the osseointegration surface and provides mechanical improvements increasing resistance to fatigue.

Indications:

Diameter Description
ø 4,5 mm It is the implant of choice for alveoli post-extraction, allowing a good sealing of the alveolus. Ideal for posterior maxillary areas, increasing biomechanical resistance in addition to improving initial stability, as well as increasing the osseointegration surface. Excellent bridge abutment.
ø 5,0 mm Ideal as single units in posterior maxillary areas.

Ideal when a Universal Platform implant is explanted with trephine drill bits. It addition it improves stress distribution in the neck and resistance to fatigue.

Ideal for obtaining good initial stability and good stress distribution for upper and lower molars. Particularly useful in cases of implant placements post-extraction.

Indications:

Diameter Description
ø 4,5 y 5 mm These are the diameters of choice to obtain excellent primary stability.
ø 5,5 mm This implant is recommended when we do not have adequate initial stability with 5mm. implants, in areas with limited surgical height and for postero-superior single units.
