Short Positioners
Guarantee a perfect insertion in the alveolus, as they adapt to the new lengths in the surgical preparation of the alveoli for extra-short implants. Adequate for checking the direction and parallelism of the implant and to control the distance between implant platforms or between the tooth and the implant.

Long Positioners

BTI Compactors
Specific for compacting low density bones in the treatment of postero-superior areas and are specially designed for patients with a limited oral opening.

BTI Expanders
Are indicated for crest bone expansions in the both the upper and lower maxilla, in any type of bone density, but they are mainly used in the antero-inferior area.

BTI Extractors
Indicated for the extraction of osseointegrated implants when they are no longer functional or are unnecessary in a new prosthetic situation.

Explantation Trephines
Indicated for the extraction of implants in cases where de-insertion with implant extractors is not possible, as the torque is higher than 200 NCM.

Countersink Drills
Drills with a cutting conical part, of the same size as the platform, which creates an opening in the bone crest to accommodate the implant head and which avoids excessive compression.

Front Cutting Drills
Drills designed for preparing the alveoli for the insertion of short wide implants and for atraumatic sinus elevations. Their shape does not damage anatomical structures, with effective cutting.

Disc Cutter Kit
Kit with three progressive diamond disc diameters and specific for carrying out osteotomies.

BTI Initial Drills
Indicated for the marking and perforation of the cortical bone, they allow angulation and lateral displacement changes when starting the elaboration of an alveolus.

Surgical Multitorque Wrench

In addition to the entire drill kit, a surgical multitorque wrench has been developed to control the insertion torque, as well as platform positioners that facilitate control over the drilling direction. Completed with a series of torque wrenches and screwdrivers to work with at the precise moment.

BTI's drills are particularly relevant, as they have been adequately designed to retrieve bone to be able to carry out autologous grafts.

Biological Drilling at low speed without irrigation is a technique developed by BTI that facilitates the collection of bone at the moment the alveolus is prepared to insert an implant. This technique allows you to maintain the direction and control of the work depth. The low-speed drilling does not increase the temperature of the surrounding bone, therefore we avoid ischaemia and the cleaning of the alveolus achieving an adequate biological bed for the dental fixation.
