Through a gentle and controlled centrifugation of blood, ENDORET® Technology isolates the key cellular and molecular components involved in hemostasis, coagulation, and immunity. This precise process allows for the creation of a therapeutic unit for local application: a pure Plasma Rich in Growth Factors (PRGF) that contains an insignificant amount of leukocytes and no erythrocytes.
< ENDORET® TechnologyTo achieve platelet activation, a precise dose of calcium chloride is introduced. This addition triggers the conversion of prothrombin into thrombin, which in turn initiates the formation of a fibrin network.
Throughout this process, a release of cytokines, growth factors, and other bioactive molecules occurs, with many of these components becoming embedded within the developing fibrin matrix.
Following activation, the PRGF fibrin matrix forms in just 5 to 8 minutes and begins to gradually release the embedded growth factors. These compounds work together in multiple ways to stimulate essential cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and migration. This stimulation continues for more than 8 days, providing the sustained activity required for effective tissue regeneration and repair.
