The aim is to travel around the world with smiles to enable the “Smile Doctors” of the Foundation to visit 1,000 hospitalised children
Faithful to its commitment to children's health, BTI Biotechnology Institute, a Basque company specialised in biomedicine and biotechnology, launches the “BTI Challenge”, a solidary initiative with an international scope in benefit of the Theodora Foundation. This campaign has been created with the aim of collaborating with this not-for-profit organisation whose goal is to humanise the stay of children and adolescents hospitalised in Spain. To do this, the “Smile Doctors”, friendly clowns of the Foundation, pay personal visits to these young patients, bringing humour and guaranteed smiles with them.
The aim of this new social action by BTI is to travel around the world with the smiles of all those who contribute to the cause and encourages all the people to contribute to the campaign so that thousands of children and adolescents can receive the visit of the “Smile Doctors”, the Foundation's friendly hospital artists.
There are different ways of participating and achieving smiles, such as uploading your photo with the red nose, sharing the initiative in your social networks and purchasing a first aid kit, among others. Each action accumulates kilometres which, in turn, become smiles that build that chain that will gradually travel around the globe.
